Nutrition of Food


1.Haruki Kashimori

He talked about iron. Iron is important nutrition. A lack of it in our body cause anemia. So we have to take in iron everyday. And women have to take it more men. Pork and chicken of liver contain mach iron. Pork of liver heve 13.0mg and chicken of liver have 7.0mg. Food contain iron are very important.
Good point : He almost talked without manuscript. And his pronunciation was very good.


2.Hikari Takase

She talked about dietary fiber. It has little calorie. And there are 2 kinds of it. Dietary fiber is good for health and it helps not to be constipation. It is contained in many food. Soybean, brown rice, natto, burdock, sweetpotato, cabbage and so on. There are many recipe on the internet.
Good point : Her presentation was easy to listen. It was detailed presentation.


3.Saki Konomi

She talked about vitamin. It has two kinds, water vitamin and fat solved vitamin. Water vitamin is solved in water. For wxample, vitamin C is water vitamin. Human don't have it in their body so we have to get it every day. VitaminA, B, E and K are fat solved vitamin. We should take them with fat.
Good point : Her presentation was easy to  understand. I learned many things from her.


4.Mayu Sugimoto

She talked about calcium. It is contained in dairy products, small fish, forage plants and so on. It helpes to make new born and tooth. We have to get it more than 800mg a day. Food contain calcium are milk, cheese, capelin, sardine, komatsuna, mulukhiyah and so on. It will be easy to take in by eating with vitamin.
Good point : Her presentation was detailed. And her voice was easy to listen.


6.Miho Ichigi

She talked about iron content. Iron is important nutrition. It prevents us from being anemia. it is contained in Pork, chicken, beaf s' liver, calm in sweeted soy sause, fresh water calm and so on. Prunes have much iron. We can get iron about 1g from 3 prunes.
Good point : Her presentation was sooth and it was easy to listen.


7.Natsuki Tomeno

She talked about carotene. Carotene is impoetant nutrition for us. Because human and other animals can't make it ourself. But plants can do it. The carrot, sweet potato, muskmelon, yolk and dead leaf of color is carotene. It is stored in liver and body fat. And it helpes to make mucous membrance of skin.
Carrot, komatsuna, spinach and pumpkin have much catotene.
Good point : Her presentation was elaborated content. It was very detailed.


8.Ai Kawasaki

She talked about potassium. Potassiun is K. It helpes to discharge too much of sodium,Na. And it gets blood pressure to keep normal condition. It is contained in paesely, spinach, anocado, soy bean, ginkgo nut, taro and so on. Taro has much of potassium.
Good point : Her voice was big and very good. Using picture was good for listener.




Yuria Hamada

I talked about fat. Fat is stored in liver and mascle. There are two kinds of it, fat and oil. fat is from animals and oil is from plants. Fat is important for living. But if we take in it too much, we'll become fatness and sick.

Home Cooking of the world


Natsumi Sakai
  She talked about American cooking. The U.S. has culture mixed many area's culture. For example, pizza is from Italy. But American pizza is different from Italian pizza. And cooking is different depending on each area. In California, people can get many fruits and seafood. And South America, people use meat in their dish. So they often eat fried chicken and have barbecue.
 
  Good point: She gave me good information. And her voice was good.


Shion Kosaka
  She talked about Chinese home cooking. In North area of China, there are few vegetables and little fish. So people eat cooking used pork and noodle. In South China, there are much fish, vegetables and wheat. Tenshin is a chinese ward. the mean of it is light meal. There are many kind of Tenshin. Shion talked about geppei, annin-doufu, baozi, gyoza and so on. Chinjao Rosu, hoicoro, banbanzi is famous for Japanese people.

  Good point: She used many picture. And her presentation was easy to understand.


Miho Sagata
  She talked about Krean home cooking. She introduced japche and jijim. Japche is gelatin food and it is made of  onion, carrot, shitake, sesame oil and so on. It is used starch made from sweet potato. Jijim is famous Korean food. It is made of wheat, meat, vegetables. It is eaten as snack.

  Good point: She used some pictures. I could understand the looks of the cooking well.


Mayu kawabata
  She talked about French home cooking. She introduced many french cooking. We think that French dish is full-scale but general style of their dish is so simple. She talked about pot-au-feu. It means pot on the fire and it is made of beef, carrot, potato. The soup is used spice and salt and people eat it with mustard. There are dishes having name meaning simmer and fill. And Qiche is made of egg, cream, oie, ground meat and asparagus. It is made using by oven.

  Good point: She used many pictures and easy ward. So it was easy to understand.

Ai Kawahara
  She talked about British home cooking. She talked about fish and chips, scotch egg, muffin and so on. Fish and chips is used white-meat and deep fried chips. It is one of fast food and loved by many people. Scotch egg is made of boiled egg and meat and it is eaten as cool dish. Muffin is cut by fork. British people don't use knife.

  Good point: She used pictures of each cooking. And her presentation was easy to listen.


Yui Matsumoto
  She talked about Russian home cooking. She talked about three dishes. First is borscht. Borscht is red soup. It is made of beets, onion, cabbage, carrot and beef. And it is covered with sour cream. Second is beef stroganoff. It is made of sliced beef, mashed potato, little soup. And sour cream is on them. The color of it is cream. Last, She talked about piroshiki. It is a wheat dish containing many ingredient in it. It looks like curry bread in Japan.

  Good point: She parted her presentation each cooking. So it was very easy to listen.


Saori Tanaka
  She talked about Spanish home cooking, tortilla, gaspacho and paella. Tortilla is spanish omlet and made of fried potato, bacon, egg and olive. Gaspacho is cold soup. How to cooking is different depending on each home. This dish is similar to Japanese miso-soup. Paella is very famous cooking in Spain. So there is a Paella Festival. Paella is main of that festival. It is made from rice, chicken, garlic, vegetables, seafood.

  Good point: She used pictures. And her contact is very good.
