Maya Tsutsumi
She talked about Dorayaki. It is called also Mikasa-manju. Dorayaki looks like Dora. So it is called the name. In Edo era, one sponge is used it. Since 1914, Dorayaki is used two sponges.

She talked anout Shiomi-manju. It is confectionery in Akou city. The city is famous for soil. Shiomi-manju is used much soil. Salty brings out sweetnes. In Edo era, only lord could eat it. Now, only ten companys meke it. And the recipe is never allowed to be taken out of the companys. It is sold at Akou station.

She talked about Senbei. Senbei is Japanese-style cookie. In japan, Senbei is used rice. And it is hard. In China, it is used wheat. And it is sofer than it of Japan. Okonomiyaki in Japan is one of senbei in China. Chinese eat senbei in holiday but Japanede eat it as snack.

Mizuho Sakaguchi
She talked about Musyagaeshi. It is one of famous Kumamoto's confectionery. The name is from stone wall of Kumamoto castle. Musyagaeshi is used fresh butter, pie and beans paste.

Miho Sagata
She talked Akumaki. It is one of confectionery in Kyusyu. And it is eaten in Kumamoto, Miyazaki and Kagoshima in Children's day. It is one of preseved food. It is used white or brown ssuger and soy bean flour. The txture is soft.

I talked about Sakuramochi. It is eaten in the Doll Festival. Sakuramochi is made of pink-colored sweet rice cake and a cherry leaf. There are two kinds. In Kanto and Kansai, the looks of Sakuramochi is different.
